So if you kill someone 70 SL points higher than you that will boost your score more than if you kill someone 10 points lower. Likewise getting killed by a lower player will reduce your SL more than getting killed by a higher

Guns in BFBC2 are very well balanced. This isn't COD where the best guns are at the higher ranks. As a former CoD player who recently started playing BC2 (after not playing BF since BF2), I have to say that you're dead wrong.
