Healtech's iQSE-Hon-QSH-P4T Quick Shifter Easy is made specifically for Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin [w/o DCT] (2016-2017), VFR750 (1994-1997) and VFR800 Interceptor (1998-2001). The idea behind the quickshifter is quite simple: clutchless, full throttle shifts for minimum time loss during a gearchange.

To manage the CRF1000L Africa Twin in DCT form, the left cluster incorporates an “up” shift trigger on its rear—in a place naturally found by a forefinger—with the “down” shift trigger on the front, ready for a thumb. The right cluster features an AT/MT (automatic/manual) select button and N-D-S (neutral, drive, sport) switch.

The inner screw head (at the center of the blue bolt) is to adjust the rebound damping. Turning it clockwise increases the rebound damping. To adjust - turn it fully clockwise (max damping) and then back off (counterclockwise) 2.25 turns for the standard position. The full range adjustment is 3 to 4 turns.
